Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
1.Champion company marketing and communication activities
2.Support the sales organization in sales-related operational activities
3.Manage specific events or projects as assigned by company management
Job Duties
Company marketing and communication:
• Develop product announcements, press releases, and other content for distribution through various channels (sales representative, distribution, website, email, and social media) in line with corporate and brand direction
• Oversee website administration, updating content as needed and enhancing the aesthetics and UX/UI design of the company website
• Design and create graphics for technical write-ups, banners, and distribution channel microsites
• Act as point-person for trade shows, exhibitions, and other company events
Sales operations:
• Develop sales presentations for sales team
• Act as point-person for the US sales team for the sample fulfillment program (request entry, coordination with Asia operations team, packaging, and shipping)
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications; experience in dealing with customers, preferably in the semiconductor or LED industry; experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and content development and SEO/SEM; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, enthusiastic; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple tasks and completing priorities simultaneously

Regional Sales Manager – Western US
Inolux Corporation seeks an experienced sales leader to join our growing company’s leadership team as VP of Sales. This person will lead, inspire, and develop our existing optoelectronics sales teams, with the objective of substantially increasing revenue and customer base.
Regional Sales Manager – Western US
Responsibilities
1.Grow company revenue to meet and exceed company annual operating plan
2.Manage customer accounts in assigned territory
3.Develop, manage and drive sales partners in assigned territory
Job Duties
• Maintain and increase sales revenue in assigned territory
• Maintain and increase customer base in assigned territory
• Spearhead new business opportunities and support / grow existing business through expanding relationship with customers and sales partners, providing cost effective / value-adding solutions to customers and closing design wins
• Recruit, train and drive sales representatives and distribution partners to grow revenue and mindshare
• Work cross-functionally (with engineering, marketing, operations, quality and etc.) to meet company KPIs
• Regularly visit assigned territory to meet with customers and sales partners to cultivate relationships and drive customer acquisition and design closure
• Review booking-backlog and new business opportunity funnel with sales management and product management on a biweekly basis
Skills and Qualifications

VP of Sales
Inolux Corporation seeks an experienced sales leader to join our growing company’s leadership team as VP of Sales. This person will lead, inspire, and develop our existing optoelectronics sales teams, with the objective of substantially increasing revenue and customer base.

• Define sales strategy and go-to-market plan
• Define and implement processes, create playbooks, and implement KPIs
• Assist sales team members in closing business
• Manage, mentor, and motivate sales staff to create a positive and results-oriented culture

• Represent the company at industry trade shows and other events
• Participate in sales meetings with strategic prospects and accounts
Requirements:
• Substantial and successful track record in a semiconductor / electronic component/optoelectronics field sales leadership role
• Some background in growing sales teams and managing sales teams in a high-growth environment
• Experience in the complexities of international accounts where the design center, procurement organization, and manufacturing partner may be separate entities and located globally

Regional Business Development Manager – Europe
Applicants should be located in Germany, preferably in East Germany.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage existing and develop new customer accounts, with a focus on Germany and Eastern Europe
2. Manage and develop distributors, with a focus on Germany and Eastern Europe
3. Grow company revenue to meet or exceed the company's annual operating plan
Job Duties
• Maintain and increase company customer base; maintain and increase sales volume in the responsible territory.
• Establish and adjust sales price as necessary to grow revenue
• Recruit, train, and drive distribution partners to increase revenue
• Work cross-functionally (with marketing, operations, quality, etc.) to meet company objectives
• Regularly visit territory to meet with distributors and customers to further company business
• Regularly conduct business reviews with distributors to ensure existing customers are adequately supported and to identify new opportunities
• Complete the company management assigned tasks as requested
• Supervisor:
• Reports to the VP of Sales
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• Minimum of three years in growing and managing customer accounts in the Optoelectronics/LED industry while meeting/exceeding sales quota
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing distributors/OEMs/CMs
• Must be open-minded, willing to adapt, learn, and implement new ideas in meeting company sales objectives
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player
• High level of attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously and completing on time
• Proficiency in English and German languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Willingness and ability to travel two weeks per month
